NetworkD is a leading information technology support provider with offices in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions. Under Ashley’s leadership, NetworkD has made a number of strategic acquisitions and partnerships that have enhanced its ability to serve rapidly evolving customer requirements. Previously, Ashley was President and CEO of Miami-based Genisys Computer Services Inc., which provided comprehensive IT service consulting to the banking community. In 2006, Ashley was named as a finalist for both Ernst & Young's "Entrepreneur Of The Year" and AeA's "Outstanding Private Company CEO" Awards. He studied at Exeter University in the United Kingdom and later taught at Massachusetts’s Boston University. Ed Ekstrom, Managing Partner vSpringEd is a managing partner of vSpring Capital, one of the best performing and most innovative venture capital funds found in the Mountain West region of the US. Before joining the vSpring team, Ed served as Vice President of the Intel Communications Products Group and GM of the Intel Utah Software Development Center, a post given to him after Intel acquired LANSystems where Ed was a Principal. Prior to Intel, Ed was a Vice President at CeriSyn and a founder at Cericor, which was acquired by Hewlett Packard in 1985. Ed is a Trustee at Westminster College and a director of the Economic Development Corporation of Utah. Ed holds a BS in computer science from Brigham Young University and a MBA from Westminster College. Ed led vSpring’s investments in Cemaphore, Fatpipe Networks, Gandiva, LANDesk Software (acquired by Avocent), Levanta, XAware, and Soronti (acquired by Avocent). Enrico Pesatori, Chairman Penguin ComputingEnrico Pesatori was appointed CEO and chairman of Penguin Computing, a leading provider of high performance computing clustering solutions, in 2003 where he still serves as chairman. Previously, Mr. Pesatori was CEO of BlueArc, a network attached storage company, where he successfully introduced its first generation of products and established a strong reputation for the company in the storage industry. Prior to BlueArc, Mr. Pesatori served as senior vice president and group general manager of Compaq’s enterprise solutions and services group. Enrico was also president of Tandem Computers, Inc. and joined Compaq when it acquired Tandem Computers in 1997. He also previously held several senior management positions with Digital Equipment Corporation including senior vice president and general manager of the computer systems division and personal computing division. Mr. Pesatori also spent many years working with Olivetti, now a mobile telecommunications company, where he held a variety of executive positions including CEO of Olivetti North America. He earned a Masters degree in Electronic Engineering from Polytechnic Institute in Turin, Italy. Tyrone Pike, Sparxent CEOWith over 30 years experience in the high-tech sector, Tyrone F. Pike has held numerous top executive positions in software, software systems integration, and networking infrastructure companies. As founder, CEO and President, Tyrone has led Cemaphore Systems from a traditional enterprise software company to an innovative cloud services vendor. His Web 2.0 experience includes serving as Chairman of the Board for HotOrNot Inc., one of the first social networking companies, which reached 2 million page views per day. As a Director, he helped to re-launch and take Citrix Systems public. As founder and Chairman of LAN Systems, he guided the company's successful software product line and systems integration operations, then negotiated the sale of LAN Systems' software division to Intel Corporation and its systems integration division to RR Donnelly & Sons. Tyrone's expertise spans domain areas: software, systems integration , messaging, disaster recovery, networking and Software as a Service. Tyrone has a AB from Princeton University. |
