Sparxent Active Support is a unique and customisable support structure. Delivered by Sparxent’s global support team, Active Support services are designed to support our customers with a strategic partnership approach. Our support services are fundamental to the success subsequently gained from your investment.
Our Active Support structure is modular in nature allowing the service commitment to be fully customised to address your needs. You can chose from 3 tiers in order to effectively support your business; each of these 3 tiers offers an increased level of support commitment.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
The support services are feature rich and directly related to driving maximum value from our support commitment to offer peace of mind.
With all tiers, you have access to an unlimited number of support incidents, calls can be logged via email, telephone or
via an easy-to-use self-service support portal. You will also receive a monthly support newsletter detailing all of the
latest support news from Sparxent and our partners.

ENHANCED TIERS
Tiers 2 and 3 offer a more strategic relationship between our organisations. In addition to some high-value service delivery components, a technical account manager (who is an long-standing expert in Sparxent solutions) will be allocated to work directly with your operational team onsite at specified intervals (quarterly or monthly).
SPARXENT ACTIVE SUPPORT SELF-SERVICE PORTAL
All Sparxent Active Support customers receive access to the Active Support self-service portal. The portal is hosted online and allows call logging, call tracking and tracking of enhancement requests.
