Steve DeWindt, President and Chief Executive Officer (founder)
Steve DeWindt is an experienced, successful, senior corporate executive who has provided leadership during critical high-growth stages of well-known high technology industry pioneers such as Intel and Computer2000 AG as well as entrepreneurial driven start-ups. Steve’s executive management and global sales experience spans more than two decades. During his career, Steve has led international teams that have generated more than $6 billion in sales. Steve also has hands-on entrepreneurial experience, including his tenure as co-founder and President of BlueRoads, a Software-as-a-Service channel management firm. At BlueRoads, Steve was responsible for procuring the company’s first round of financing and entering into strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients. As Co-President and member of the Board for Computer2000 AG, the largest international wholesale distributor in Europe of information technology products, Steve drove expansion of both product lines and geographies growing revenues from $800 million to $3.5 billion in less than four years. Other executive positions Steve has held include CEO with AmeriQuest Technologies, an NYSE traded wholesale distributor of information technology products, and several positions with Intel including Director of Worldwide Reseller Sales.
Steve holds an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management and a BA in Business from Principia College. He is also currently serving as non-executive chairman of OptionEase, Inc., a Software-as-a-Service company focused on stock option valuation compliance under FAS123(R).
Dave R. Taylor, Chief Marketing Officer (founder)
Dave R. Taylor is an accomplished senior executive who spent the last 15 years at LANDesk software in virtually every sales and marketing role, including GM of EMEA, GM of Professional Services, VP of Global Sales, VP of Strategic Alliances, and VP of Worldwide Marketing. Dave has broad geographic experience, including five years in Europe: three years overseeing the launch of LANDesk products in Europe, Middle East, and Africa and two years as General Manager of Intel's LANDesk European division. In these roles he has produced tremendous results, driving 40% annual sales growth and driving LANDesk's European sales to approximately 40% of worldwide sales. Prior to his time at LANDesk, Dave also spent time at both Intel and Microsoft in marketing and sales roles. He is a strong strategic planner with a proven track record of recruiting, motivating and retaining teams of excellence.
Dave has an MBA from Brigham Young University with an emphasis in High Tech Marketing, and a BA in English also from BYU.
Andrew Hyde, Chief Financial Officer
Andrew Hyde is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of financial expertise with high-growth firms. Most recently he served as CFO at Speakeasy where he oversaw the company’s growth and eventual sale to BestBuy. From 2000 to 2002, he was CFO for Salesforce.com where he was instrumental in creating the startup software company's infrastructure and go-to-market strategy and securing nearly $50 million in private equity. Prior to this, he oversaw finance and sales for Snap, Inc. during its launch as an independent portal entity (and its spin-off from CNET) and led worldwide strategy development as CFO for MiTek Industries, Inc., now part of Berkshire Hathaway. Andrew began his career with General Electric, eventually managing finance for the company's Lighting Systems division.
Andrew has been President of the San Francisco Chapter of Financial Executives International and holds an Executive MBA from Columbia University.
